HABD - Hair Art by Dominique was founded by Dominique Evans in 2012. She has taken her love of beauty & creative style & extended it into HABD Hair Care & HABD Academy. She worked for 2 years to develop these products to solve her own hair issues & to help style hair for amazing looks. She has taught thousands of students with her monthly HABD Academy.
